Great value for money with a spacious room, comfy bed, and modern amenities. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring major attractions and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

Fabulous location - able to walk to most major attractions. The reception was always staffed and able to provide assistance.
The air-conditioning was not working. The room was very small for a triple and the toilet door could not close if the toilet was in use - not enough leg room.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The location is perfect for visiting all the tourist attractions, and the metro station is just a few minutes' walk away. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Our room was cozy and exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable, and the windows provided excellent insulation. The breakfast selection was sufficient, and the waitress was kind and attentive. We were also impressed with the size of the TV and the softness of the bed. This place truly offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

The rooms are small, if not downright claustrophobic, but charming and clean.

Loved the location - around the corner from lots of nice cafes and restaurants and within walking distance to most tourist attractions.
(1) Staff attitude. First night we arrived and were told that we could only have three beds (not four - "Superior Triple plus free extra bed" - as booked) per room as this was the "hotel standard". Took the best part of an hour to get an extra bed - and then we had to make it ourselves (at 11pm!). No apology next morning. (2) Next evening we were woken by (same) receptionist shouting on the phone. Check-out receptionist was very sweet, though. (3) 15€ per child for breakfast is a bit steep!

The hotel is in an excellent location less than 5 mins walk to the Louvre and Opera.
Room was small, but typical of Paris. The room safe broke with our items locked in it, took 2 days to fix. The hotel did offer to lend us anything we needed.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night and it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all major attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags and even offering early check-in. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was comfortable, the shower was modern, and the small balcony was a lovely surprise. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
